Designed by technicians from the F1 and simulation world, and developed from the outset in collaboration with the Dallara Group – responsible for crafting the chassis and all carbon fiber components.

Dallara Automobili is an Italian company specializing in the design and construction of racing cars and sports vehicles. Founded in 1972 by Gian Paolo Dallara, the company is renowned for its motorsport expertise, having developed cars for various categories including Formula 1, Formula E, IndyCar, GP2, and Formula 3.

The company is celebrated for its use of cutting-edge technologies and lightweight materials, with a strong focus on safety and performance in vehicle design.

The Dallara Chassis represents a breakthrough in simulation technology, redefining the standards of performance and immersion.

Weight reduction in the simulation field is becoming an increasingly important requirement, not only to enhance the reactivity of the motion system but also to facilitate transport and setup on the racetrack.

Dallara built the chassis under Tech and Sym specifications: a sturdy and light frame made of carbon fiber.

The main structure consists of two carbon fiber side panels, connected to an aluminum honeycomb floor and, at the top, by three structural aluminum crossbars.

The five external cosmetic parts are also carbon fiber and can be quickly removed for access to the electronic devices inside.

The two internal panels, particularly the reinforced one on the right side, ensure the structural continuity of the frame, providing rigidity and reducing weight. This is achieved by concentrating the thicknesses only on these two load-bearing elements, significantly lightening the cosmetic panels.

The Carbon Chassis represents a breakthrough in simulation technology, redefining the standards of performance and immersion.

The innovative design transmits a wide frequency spectrum of vibrations, immersing drivers in an environment of heightened realism. Paired with a highly accurate audio system, it creates a sensory experience that mimics the physical feedback of real driving. Every detail has been meticulously crafted to amplify realism, whether you’re cornering, braking, or accelerating, especially when paired with VR systems.

Achieving the target weight for the frame allowed Tech and Sym to equip Virtuoso with high-speed, aerospace-standard small actuators that can operate on domestic power (110/220V). This was one of the mandatory goals of the Tech and Sym Vision.

Featuring an asymmetric layout inspired by GT cars, it includes precise ergonomic positioning of key components, ensuring that every interaction mirrors the feel and functionality of a real cockpit. From the customizable controls to the integrated belt actuators and electronic systems, the chassis offers a seamless blend of performance and practicality.

It doesn’t just enhance your simulation, it transforms it. This innovative platform is designed for drivers seeking the ultimate driving immersion.
